How to request a refund or return

Email oxirahbrand@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions. Please contact us before sending any item back so we can make sure it is processed correctly.

Condition of returned items

Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible, in the condition they were received. This helps us process your refund quickly.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return (or approve a no-return refund at our discretion), refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If your FrostDesk arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us immediately with photos where possible. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any return shipping costs, at no charge to you.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We can cancel free of charge before the order has shipped; once shipped, our standard return process applies.
