Where we ship

FrostDesk ships to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Free standard shipping is included on every order to these destinations.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships so you can follow its progress.

Delays

Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to customs processing, weather, or courier volume beyond our control. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us and we'll look into it right away.

Lost or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, email us at oxirahbrand@gmail.com with your order number and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Customs and import duties

For international orders, any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
